"Last claim took over 3 months to process. Storm knocked down a power line and damaged all the electronics in the house. They made me get an inspection and then only paid for part of it. Made me fix everything then send in my bills. Then I just got a notice that I was cancelled because I had made 4 claims in 11 years. All totaling under 5k. One was 0$. This is less than 10% of my premiums. I guess they spent too much on advertising. Don’t waste your time with this pos company."

"Jeff abandoned the Parkville office. We have had nothing but issues. They left today before 4 pm after promising to call us back. We finally went there. I have had State Farm and have never had the problems I have had in the last two years. Mistake after mistake has been made and when you finally reach them, they blame someone in their office. We're finished. Avoid this agent and his office."

"I was a customer on the 95th and Renner office for 9 o 10 years but 2 months ago I called the office to add a car to my policy so I spoke with Gunnar and he wasn't helpful at all so then I tried to speak with Cameron and all he says was that he's gonna leave in 15 minutes and he can't help me with my request so disappointed with the service so I changed all my policies to a different agent, and already told my friends and family to move out from this office. Oh by the way I emailed Jeff too and he never response my email so I feel like they don't care my situation so disappointed."

"I canceled on January 1, they still billed me for January and I have yet to receive my refund. Left three messages with a service because there is never anybody in the office. Definitely would not recommend."

"Canceled the rest of our policies with them after they chose not to renew our home policy. They are still trying to collect auto pay on our old policies even though they have acknowledged the cancellation date. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call me back after leaving messages with their mediocre answering service."

"I can never speak to my agent. It seems they are always in a meeting and I never can get past the lady that takes the calls. I never get a call back from my agent. I’ve been with them for 7 years insuring two cars and my home. I went with them because of their attentiveness and knowledge. As of the last couple years I’ve been disappointed."

"We had trouble with our adjuster after extensive hail damage. The office offers a liaison to help you go through the process. We were denied coverage for our damage initially and they helped us go through the appeal. It was so helpful to have a person in the office to talk to and know what was best to do. We felt they were on our side and knew the best way to resolve our issue. This office is top of the line when it comes to customer support."
